The author

I, Ursula Notari, was born in Zurich, Switzerland, and migrated in 1986 with my family to Adelaide, Australia.

In the year I turned forty, my life changed dramatically. Two of my family members were chronically ill and in the hope of improving their health, I entered into the full-time study of natural medicine, completing a Diploma of Applied Science in naturopathy and a Diploma of Applied Science in Western Remedial Therapies. I soon realised that this was my passion, belief and destiny.

It is my fervent desire to find and remove the cause of illness and to inform and educate my patients and the public about the truth of environmental and lifestyle issues, thereby empowering both them and you, dear reader, to lead a better and a healthier life.
